# Brand Assets License

The files in this directory (the Davide Imola personal mark, wordmark, and
domain lockup, in SVG and PNG form) are licensed under the
[Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International license
(CC BY-ND 4.0)](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/4.0/).

In short, you may:

- Use and redistribute these assets as-is to refer to Davide Imola — for
  example in conference programs, event pages, talk announcements, podcast
  show notes, or articles.

You may not:

- Modify the assets: don't recolor them, remove or restyle the red cursor,
  change the typeface, add effects, or crop the lockups.
- Use them to imply endorsement, or as the identity of another person,
  product, or project.

The red is Akane Red `#C91F37`. Construction and usage rules live in

Note: this license applies to the brand assets in this directory only — it
